Our gluten-friendly pizza starts out with a gluten-free crust topped with either our tomato or olive oil/garlic sauce. You select the toppings.
We cook the GF pizza in a convection oven instead of our wood fired oven to help reduce cross contamination. Because our kitchen has flour on many surfaces cross contamination is possible.

Mombaruzzo 1894 Pinot Noir - 26
Mombaruzzo was the first person to write about Pinot Nero in Piemonte and 1894 was when he made those notes. This Pinot is filled with ripe strawberries on the nose and has bing cherries and strawberries on the tongue along with a nice dry & grippy finish. This wine pairs great with a Italian Sausage Pizza.

Nero d’Avola is a medium to full-bodied, dry red wine made on the island of Sicily in southern Italy.
